Lianna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) dedicated to helping individuals of all ages navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, and trauma. A proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, she earned her Bachelor of Criminal Justice with a minor in Women & Gender Studies in 2019 and her Master of Social Work in 2021. She became a licensed clinician in North Carolina in December 2022, with a focus on supporting both adults and children in their mental health journeys.
Lianna is passionate about creating a safe, compassionate environment where clients feel truly understood. She believes in a collaborative approach, working closely with each client to develop personalized strategies that address their unique needs. Whether helping children cope with stress and emotional difficulties or guiding adults through the complexities of trauma, anxiety, and depression, Lianna is committed to providing trauma-informed care that promotes healing and resilience.
With extensive experience in supporting trauma survivors and those navigating high-conflict situations like separation or divorce, Lianna brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. Her approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, helping clients of all ages build the skills they need to thrive.
In her personal life, Lianna enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, practicing self-care, and cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes. A Raleigh native, she shares her home with her fiancé and their lively Jack Russell-Chihuahua mix, Lily.
